Jobs and WA Food & Ag
The State Government has launched the Jobs in WA Food & Ag website and Facebook page, as an information hub for people looking for work in the agricultural sector, and for employers looking to hire local labour.
They are also providing WA agricultural businesses free 12-month access to Studium – an online database where job-seekers can register their interest for work, and employers can search for the labour they need.
And an important reminder: workers should not travel to regional areas until they have a job secured and must comply with the latest travel restrictions to keep our communities safe.

CCIWA COVID 19 Business website – Free and accessible by all
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia (CCIWA) has launched a free, comprehensive online resource to help businesses across the State prepare for COVID-19. It is the most comprehensive business response resource available in Australia. The guides and templates we’ve developed for the site are being utilised by our friends across the Chamber movement in Australia.
Their Covid-19 website includes advice on areas such as managing economic impacts, protecting staff, managing travel, business continuity, working from home, communicating with staff and FAQs. The content includes practical video and written advice, as well as templates and a range of other resources with the single aim of ensuring businesses are better prepared. This is not just a resource for their members – it is a resource to guide every organisation through the process of managing their responses to COVID-19.
