The Department of Transport( Dot) Bunbury Centre has been transformed into a trial ServiceWA centre. At ServiceWA we can help you complete over 80 transactions from five different State Government agencies in one convenient location. The trial is an opportunity for us to learn what works, and what doesn’t, to help shape the future of government service delivery. Agencies included in the trial are, Fisheries, WA Seniors Cards, SmartRider. Births Deaths and Marriages and WA Police.

DoT Bunbury also manages the Casuarina and Augusta Boat Harbours. The Casuarina Boat Harbour is currently a key stakeholder in the ongoing Transforming Bunbury Waterfront redevelopment with Stages 2 and 3.

In addition to the Bunbury Centre, a regional sub-office is provided by DoT in Busselton for Practical Driving Assessments.

The Department of Transport is part of the Transport Portfolio, which also includes Main Roads Western Australia, the Public Transport Authority, METRONET, the Westport Taskforce, the Portfolio Strategic Projects Office, and the Office of Major Transport Infrastructure Delivery.

The Department of Transport integrates and enhances coordination of the State’s transport operations, regulatory functions, and planning and policy development processes to deliver a diverse range of specialist transport services that benefit and support Western Australians.
