We understand that leading a large business or organisation in a regional area can present unique challenges, particularly when it comes to gaining mentorship, guidance, and sharing similar experiences. This program provides a confidential space for local business leaders to connect, discuss pressing issues, exchange ideas, and learn from each other’s leadership journeys. Our aim is to foster conversations that focus on what truly drives success—both for your business and for you as a leader.
