This year’s theme, “Balance the Scales”, paved the way for a thoughtful and honest panel discussion about what fairness really looks like in our workplaces, not just in policy, but in everyday experience. Our panel explored important conversations around workplace safety, cultural inclusion, leadership accountability, and the unseen complexities many employees carry.
From recognising early signs that someone may be struggling, to understanding how organisations can move beyond symbolic inclusion and embed genuine support into systems and leadership, the discussion challenged us all to reflect on the role we play in creating safer, more balanced workplaces.A heartfelt thank you to our incredible panel for sharing their insight, honesty and lived experience, and to everyone who joined us and contributed to such an important conversation.
And of course, a special thank you to the team at Saint Aidan Wines for hosting us in such a beautiful setting.Together, conversations like these move us closer to workplaces where the scales are truly balanced.
